Registration & QR codes

When you register for a race, a unique QR code is generated and displayed on screen. Screenshot it or save it immediately — it is the only record of your registration. We do not store your identity, so if you lose the code, we cannot recover it.

To register again, simply open the app, select the same race, and complete a new registration.

Payment questions

Race entry is $4 per registration, processed securely by Stripe. If you were charged but did not receive a QR code, please contact us with your payment reference number and we will resolve it.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If a race is cancelled, all registered runners will be refunded in full.

Race day scanning

On race day, show your QR code to the race organiser to be confirmed. The code works offline — no internet connection is required on your device to display it.

If your QR code is not scanning, try increasing your screen brightness or opening the image in your photo library for a larger display.
